Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Omaha, NE.  This project consists of approximately 30,366 square feet of renovation.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers compensation must be on file in our office.
