Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Take 5 Oil Change” project.  This project consists of 1,683 sqft of new construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
