Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new “Take 5 Oil Change” project in Fairfield, OH. This project consists of approximately 1,683 square feet of new construction. All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect. Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Subcontractors must be licensed by the Ohio Construction Industry Board (OCILB).

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers’ comp must be on file in our office.
