Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “NxStage St. Louis” project.  This project consists of 6,348 square feet of kidney care clinic renovation.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

All applicable taxes are required to be included.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
