Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the expansion of an existing O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Bridgeton, MO.  This project consists of approximately 13,120 sf remodel of an existing space for the expansion of O’Reilly’s existing store into the adjacent space and remodel of 21,173 sf of the existing store. Work will be phased accordingly so the store can remain open during construction.

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

 All labor utilized shall be signatory to local Union Project Labor Agreements.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers’ comp must be on file in our office.
