Bids Due:               Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 12:00 pm (noon)

Springfield Builders, Inc., is requesting lump sum Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “New East Camps for The Courageous Church” project.  This project consists of approximately 28,065 square feet of new building construction, plus site construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
