Springfield Builders, Inc., a General Contractor, is requesting lump sum Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “North Pythian Parking Lot” for Ozarks Technical Community College project.  This project consists of site and building demolition, earthwork, asphalt, landscaping, layout/surveying, retaining walls, pavement markings, traffic control, storm drainage, erosion control, site concrete, fencing, railings, site lighting, and other utilities.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

All labor utilized shall be paid Prevailing Wage.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
