Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting the submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Southside, AR. This project consists of approximately 7,225 square feet of new construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

 ***All Subcontractors must be registered/licensed in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing. ***

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
