Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Siloam Spring, AR.  This project consists of approximately 7,000 square feet of new construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda. (Addenda 1-3 are integrated into the released plan set of documents for bid.)

 ***All Subcontractors must be licensed in accordance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors, as applicable for values of $50,000 or more.***

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
