Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Round Rock, TX. This project consists of modifications to an existing building, approximately 29,584 square feet, to convert into a new O’Reilly Auto Parts store.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda. (Addenda 1-2 are integrated into the released set of Bid documents.)

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
