Location:               1235 N. Main St., Madisonville, KY

Bids Due:               Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 12:00 pm (noon)

Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Madisonville, KY.  This project consists of approximately 7,881 square feet of new interior construction and minor work to the exterior site areas. All work listed as “Landlord” will be by others and should be excluded from this proposal. All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
