Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting the submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Joplin, MO. This project consists of approximately 3,300 square feet of a new building addition and renovations to the existing 8,258 square feet of existing construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

 Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
