Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Jane, MO.  The project requires bid of 2 different building types: “Project A – Metal Building Version” and “Project B - Masonry & Structural Steel Building Version”.

 All Bids must indicate separate bid values for “Project A” and “Project B”, even if there is NO difference in cost and/or scope of work (the Owner will select which to build upon review).

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

 Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
