Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Hattiesburg, MS.  This project consists of approximately 16,900 square feet of new building construction (as well as site development, asbestos abatement, building demolition).  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

All subcontractors $50,000 and over must be licensed in accordance with Mississippi State Board of Contractors

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
