Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Elgin, OK. This project consists of modifications to an existing 7,661 square feet building, to convert into a new O’Reilly Auto Parts store. Scope of work required includes architectural and MEP demolition, concrete demo and replacement of sidewalks/paving/plumbing trenches, fencing, new framing/drywall/paint, retrofit roof system and repair to building metal panels, new MEP’s, and various misc. trades. Project commencement is anticipated to be mid-March 2023.

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect. Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda. (Addenda 1 & 2 are integrated into the released set of Bid documents.)

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
