 Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Byhalia, MS.  This project consists of approximately 7,225 square feet of new construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

 Subcontractors performing work over $50,000 (including installation of equipment), are required to have a commercial license issued by MSBOC (Mississippi State Board of Contractors). MS License number is to be provided at time of Bid submission.

 Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
