Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Sol Cantina Addition project in Kansas City, MO.  This project consists of a 2-story, approximately 3,500 sf addition. It is a composite system with steel post & beam structure and wood joists, substrate, and wall framing. The project includes a half-basement and will require partial excavation adjacent to an existing parking lot, building facades, and overhead electrical lines.

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

 Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
