Bids Due:               Wednesday April 10, 2024 at 12:00 pm (noon)

Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Marshfield Wrestling Facility” project.  This project consists of 14,107 square feet of new construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by Woolpert.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

All labor utilized shall be paid Prevailing Wage.

Subcontractors who perform the Work shall provide, at a minimum, a ten (10) hour OSHA Occupational Safety and Health instruction and safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor.

Two types of criminal background checks for all subcontract employees working on this project must be on file prior to commencement.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
