Springfield Builders, Inc. is the General Contractor for the “Jordan Valley Health Center Women & Childrens Remodel” project, and we are requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers.  This project consists of interior renovation of the existing building for new break room, exam rooms, occupational therapy, and meeting spaces.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
