Springfield Builders, Inc., a General Contractor, is requesting submission of lump sum Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Hammons Tower - ATF Offices” project.  This project consists of 4,151 sqft of renovation.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by Woolpert.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
