Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting lump sum Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Glam Boutique Renovation” project.  This project consists of 3,214 sqft of renovation and construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Three phases of construction are outlined within the drawings.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
