Springfield Builders, Inc., is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “CC Links Remodel” project.  This project consists of demolition of existing interior wall partitions, construction of new interior walls, and new finishes throughout. ​All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

All labor utilized shall be paid Prevailing Wage.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.

 RFI’s are due no later than December 7^th at 1:00 pm.
