Bids Due:               Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 12:00 pm (noon)

Springfield Builders, Inc., the negotiated General Contractor, is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Headquarters Building & Clubhouse for CASA” project.  This project consists of the renovation of two buildings (7,042 sqft & 4,305 sqft) and related site construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

***Bids must be separated for each building.***

***The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.***

Alternates required:

Alternate No. 1. Provide and install new playground and basketball court.

Alternate No. 2. Install Thermoplastic Metal Retrofit Roofing System over existing metal roof of Building "B".

Alternate No. 3. Remove and discard existing water fountain on courtyard at Building "A".

Alternate No. 4. Etch over existing water symbols at water fountain.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
