Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Gymnasium Floor Replacement & Locker Room Renovations” project.  This project generally consists of locker room and gymnasium renovations.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

All labor utilized shall be paid Prevailing Wage.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
