Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting bids from Subcontractors for alterations to an existing building to convert it into a new O’Reilly Auto Parts store located in Shell Knob, Missouri.

The project consists of approximately 5,814 square feet of interior renovations. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition, concrete cut/patch for plumbing trenches, structural steel components for new exterior openings, new framing, drywall, painting, window tinting, and modifications to the existing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents and scope of work provided.  Bids should specifically acknowledge review of the 360-degree site photo survey.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
