Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new O’Reilly Auto Parts project in Parker Colorado.  This project consists of approximately 8,014 square feet of new construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
