Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the new Escapology Tenant Infill project in Branson, MO.  This project consists of modifications to an existing space, converting approximately 4,900 square feet into a new Escapology space.

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
