Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting lump sum Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “Diggins Baptist Church” project.  This project consists of renovation to existing building and infill of new shell building.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

The Owner will exercise their Tax Exempt status.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
