Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting lump sum Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the “United Parcel Service (UPS) – Springfield Regional Airport Package Facility” project.  This project consists of approximately 21,602 sqft of construction.  All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance must be on file in our office.
