Springfield Builders, Inc. is requesting submission of Bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project 360 Youth Services Building in Lebanon, MO.  This project consists of renovations to an existing 18,000 sf concrete masonry building. The project work includes demolition, earthwork, concrete, asphalt paving, wood trusses and framing, structural steel, masonry, drywall, painting, flooring, roofing, fire protection, hvac, plumbing, electrical and additional misc. trades.

All Bids must be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents, as prepared by the Architect.  Bids acknowledge Bidding Documents by submission, and Bids should specifically acknowledge Addenda

The Owner will exercise their Tax-Exempt status.

Before a subcontract is awarded, a certificate of insurance and proof of workers comp must be on file in our office.
